Specter Interactive s.r.o. built the Baby Wave application as a Commercial application. This SERVICE is provided by Specter Interactive s.r.o. and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. You may also choose to enter information about your baby or children, such as names, birth dates, and care records (for example feeding, sleep, diaper, health measurements, notes, and optional photos). This information is provided by you and is used to deliver the core tracking features of the app.

Baby Wave is a support tool intended to help you record and review care activities. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. You should not rely on the app for medical decisions, emergency situations, or health-related issues. If you have health concerns about a child, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the application we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the application may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Baby Wave is intended for use by parents or caregivers who enter information about their children.

These partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and other data to provide and measure ads. Where required, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. You can adjust ad personalization and tracking preferences in your device settings.

Some data is stored locally on your device to provide core functionality, including offline access. If you create an account or use synchronization features, your data may be stored on our servers so it can be accessed across devices. You can delete your account and associated data as described below.

The Company will gladly help to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
